The AirVerter® HVLP Heated Paint Spraying System operates using our DP-100 Double Diaphragm Pump to move paint through the PH-100 2KW paint heater prior to delivery to our DT-3001 HVLP Detach III Spray Gun. A recirculate mode allows the operator to pre-heat the coating before actual application of the coating to the substrate. Thermostatic control allows the operator to adjust temperature settings. The assembly is mounted on our HC-100 Paint Cart.

Rugged cast aluminum assembly to heating paint for easier atomization without adding thinners. The 2KW explosion-proof heating element operates on 115-volt electric current. Thermostatic control adjusts to heat and maintain paint at optimum temperature.
